Il Corso Marchi POLIMI – IP organizza una lezione aperta in inglese dal titolo ”CASE LAW OF ALICANTE COURT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL LITIGATIONS ON TRADEMARKS AND DESIGNS: Trademark and Design enforcement in the last five years by the Alicante Court”, l'11 novembre 2022, dalle ore 14.30 alle 17.45.

The Trademarks POLIMI – IP Course organizes an open lecture on CASE LAW OF ALICANTE COURT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL LITIGATIONS ON TRADEMARKS AND DESIGNS: Trademark and Design enforcement in the last five years by the Alicante Court, which will be held on November 11th, 2022, from 2:30 pm to 5:45 pm.
The open lecture will be held in hybrid setting (both physical and virtual attendance, via Microsoft Teams is allowed) at Politecnico di Milano, Department of Energy, Council Room, Via Lambruschini 4, Milano-Bovisa.
TOPIC: The lecture will offer an overview on the case law of the Alicante Court about Trade Marks and Design in the last five years.
Alicante Court has jurisdiction for the European Union TM and Community Designs cases. The course will focus on the last case law, taking in to account the recent evolution of the European Union Jurisprudence.
