On Tuesday, 1 July, at 3:30 p.m., the Osvaldo De Donato Hall (Building 3 Gino Cassinis – ground floor) of the Leonardo Campus of Politecnico di Milano will host the presentation event for the first edition of the Level II Master’s Degree programme in “Innovation in Electrical Energy Systems”. The Master’s programme is funded by Terna S.p.A and will be organised by the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano together with Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Bari.

During the event, the contents and teaching organisation of the Master’s Degree will be presented. The programme aims to train experts in plants and technologies, asset management, electrical power systems, markets and regulation.

Speakers at the meeting will include: Prof. Isabella Nova, Vice-Rector, Politecnico di Milano; Prof. Giovanni Lozza, Director of the Department of Energy, Politecnico di Milano; Daniele Amati, Director of Human Resources, Terna; Prof. Maurizio Delfanti, Director of the Master’s programme, Politecnico di Milano; Emanuela Domenica Luppino, Head of Terna Academy, Terna; and Simona Sapio, Head of Recruiting, Terna.

The Master’s programme is aimed at students with a master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy and Nuclear Engineering, Automation, Management, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering; those interested can apply for admission to the Master’s programme by 12 September 2025.

Terna Spa will select 45 candidates, with 15 candidates assigned to each university for teaching purposes, and scholarships will be awarded by Terna.

The event will also be broadcast online via live streaming.
