The MRT Fuel Cell and Battery group (MRT FC&B) deals with the theoretical and experimental study of electrochemical devices for energy conversion, specifically fuel cells, batteries and electrolysers. Research activities aim to understand critical phenomena, develop innovative components and optimise performance and service life.
The group combines experimental analysis and modelling, participating in national and international projects aimed at developing electrochemical technologies for energy transition and sustainable energy storage solutions.
