On 24 January 2025, the 2nd edition of the “Smart Energy for the Future” course, held as part of the STEN – Energy and Nuclear Sciences and Technologies Doctorate Course at the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano, came to a successful conclusion.

Under the direction of Prof. Francesco Di Maio, PhD students were presented with the most advanced technological challenges and solutions for sustainable development in the field of energy production, transport and use. The lectures were conducted by lecturers from the Department of Energy, international lecturers and corporate sector professionals. The feedback from the participants was extremely positive, confirming the added value of the teaching for all PhD students interested in the topic of energy for the creation of cultural cross-breeding opportunities and the growth of the STEN PhD community.
