On 7 October 2024, the Department of Energy Politecnico di Milano hosted an engaging Poster Session, organised for the second-year students of the “Energy and Nuclear Science and Technology (STEN)” PhD Course.

During the Poster Session, set up in the various spaces of the new EN:lab building to become a widespread experience, 38 PhD students had the opportunity to present, by means of posters, the progress of their research projects in front of the Board of Lecturers, their colleagues and the entire Department community.

The Poster Session offered a stimulating opportunity to exchange ideas and projects in the energy sector. The students showed great dedication and expertise, presenting high-level research intended to contribute significantly to the development of innovative energy solutions to meet the challenges of the energy transition.

The PhD Course Coordinator, Prof. Vincenzo Dossena, and the Teaching Board took the opportunity to organise two talks open to the public given by two members of the PhD Course Advisory Board.

The Poster Session and the two lectures by Marco Ruggiero and Roberto Zennaro were well attended by the entire Department of Energy, making the event a shared moment of exchange and learning.
