Prof. Angelo Onorati, lecturer at the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano, received the SAE Fellowship Award, presented by SAE International, an organisation of more than 128,000 engineers and technical experts in the aerospace, automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.

The award is given to professionals who have left a significant mark on the field of mobility through leadership, research, publications, innovation and volunteerism.

Prof. Onorati was honoured by SAE President Carla Bailo and its nominator, Prof. Giorgio Rizzoni of Ohio University, during the SAE Congress held in Detroit.
