The POLIMI – IP Trademarks Course of the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano organises, on 26 May 2023 h.09.30-13.00, an open lecture entitled European Law of 2021/2022 on Trademarks and Design and Mock Trial “Auckland”.

The aim of the lecture is to present the most important judicial decisions in the field of trade marks and designs in the European context in 2021/2022 and to analyse their consequences in terms of industrial property rights management strategy.
