Open Lecture: The Intellectual Property System in San Marino
The POLIMI - IP Trademarks Course of the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano organises, on 18 April 2023 h.10.00-13.15, an open lecture entitled "The Intellectual Property System in San Marino".
The lecture will offer an in-depth study of the regulatory framework of the Republic of San Marino and the activities of the San Marino State Patent and Trademark Office and the relevant case law, also in relation to the issue of mutual recognition of Italian and San Marino national design rights before the respective jurisdictional authorities.
Accreditation has been requested to the Order of Industrial Property Consultants.
