Li Zhaokai
Zhaokai Li received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2015 and 2020, respectively, both in electrical engineering. He was a visiting student at the University of Cambridge, UK, from 2018 to 2019. He worked at Zhejiang University as a postdoctoral researcher from 2020 to 2022 and then continued his postdoctoral research in KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Since September 2023, he has been a guest researcher with ABB Corporate Research in Sweden. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Energy, Politecnico di Milano, Italy. His research interests include analytical models and iron loss analysis for permanent magnet motors. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion from 2025.
